Exhibition: When the bat intentionally set fire to Estée Preda’s house

The Bibliothèque de Québec and Manif d’art present Lorsque la chauve-sourte intentionnellement mit feu à la maison by Estée Preda until December 11, 2024 at the Bibliothèque Gabrielle-Roy. In this body of work, Estée Preda stages the story of a bat who sets fire to a house in order to attract moths that can’t resist the lure of the flames glowing in the night. In this exhibition, the artist explores the relationship between the subconscious and narrative stories.
