Kaia’tanoron holds degrees in Aboriginal Visual Culture (OCAD University) and in Art, Illustration and Design (Dawson College). She is involved in projects to empower Aboriginal youth and teaches music and visual arts.

These activities are co-broadcast by Kwahiatonhk! and the Ahkwayaonhkeh Artist Centre as part of the 14th First Nations Book Fair, presented by Hydro-Québec.
