Exhibition: Nathalie Bujold’s Métroscopies at La Bande Vidéo

Métroscopies is a video exploration of the Montreal metro in the context of the pandemic. With the play of parallaxes fragmented into a sort of cubist checkerboard, we move back and forth, from tunnels to stations, from familiar places to plastic worlds, in search of happy coincidences. On an improbable line, we follow the merry-go-round of this chopper of moments with brutalist accents and period colors.
