Transforming the space to the rhythm of the public’s presence and movements, local body artists Afif Dimitri Haddad, Paulette Darracq, Arielle Warnke and Jean-Marie Alexandre will activate the Polymorphic microbe bodies installation imagined by artists Hanna Sybille Müller and Erin Robinsong.
You’ll be invited to lie down, close your eyes and embark on a somatic journey to the heart of the microbial worlds that inhabit your body, thanks to a soundtrack and instructions. By abandoning the primacy of the gaze, the work proposes an experience of movement that is not visual, but perceived through sound, vibration, smell, taste and sensation. The experience is free and open to all, including groups and families.
***Please note that visitors must carry headphones and an electronic device (such as a cell phone) capable of scanning a QR code to fully experience the installation.
