La Bande Vidéo is a media arts center that contributes to the emergence of a contemporary video culture. It provides artists with production and distribution tools, and encourages them to reflect on their work. The center produces and distributes mainly experimental and animated monobands, as well as video installations. Its online Media Library provides free access to all the works produced or distributed by the organization over the past twenty years.
Opening hours
offices and studios – Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
gallery – Thursday to Sunday, 12 noon to 5 p.m.
La Bande Vidéo’s gallery is located at 620 Côte d’Abraham.
